You can use FlightDex without making an account at all. Boarding passes are encrypted on your phone, never uploaded, and deliberately left out of cloud backup. The app has no location permission at all — check its permission list on Google Play. The only things it ever asks you for are notifications, the camera and your calendar: to read it, if you import from it, and, from the next app update, to write your flights into it, only if you turn that on. There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporter and no advertising SDK in it.

A share link opens in any browser with the flight's status and how long ago it was updated, its route and the aircraft's last reported position, so the person meeting you needs no app and no account. The link carries no booking code, no seat and no full name — only a short display name if you set one — and you can see every link you've made and revoke it in a tap.
