Delete your account

Your data is yours. You can permanently delete your FlightDex account — and everything tied to it — at any time, directly in the app. No email required, no waiting on us.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open FlightDex and go to the You tab.
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately, and the app returns to a clean first-run state.

By request

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, or describe your account so we can identify it. We'll delete it and confirm when it's done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases, from our systems:

• Your account and its identifier
• All flights you've added, and their details
• Your travel history, Passport statistics, and stamps
• Your notification and device tokens
• Any share links you created, and follow relationships on both ends

This is immediate and cannot be undone.

Boarding passes

Boarding passes are stored encrypted on your device only and were never uploaded to us, so there is nothing on our side to delete. They are removed when you delete the pass in the app or uninstall FlightDex.

If you subscribe to FlightDex Pro

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop billing, cancel separately in Google Play → Subscriptions. We keep a minimal record of the subscription transaction where required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations; that record is not used to identify you in the app.

Retention

We do not keep a shadow copy of your account after deletion. Routine encrypted backups may retain residual data briefly before aging out on their normal cycle, and we retain only what the law requires us to keep (such as the purchase records noted above).
